1. Service Coverage
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Limited coverage areas (remote PIN codes) may have extended timelines or special handling.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take longer.

4. Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Promotions: From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping; eligibility appears at checkout.
5. Tracking & Updates
Once dispatched, we share your AWB/Tracking ID via SMS/Email. Use the courier’s tracking page or your account’s “My Orders”.
6. Address Accuracy
Please provide complete and accurate shipping details (house/flat number, street, landmark, PIN). We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Failed Delivery / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal, reshipment may incur additional charges. Unclaimed returns are held for 7 days; beyond this, order may be cancelled less shipping and handling.
8. Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the outer box, inner packaging, and product label. Approved cases will be refunded or replaced as per our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Missing Items or Partial Shipments
Large orders may be shipped in multiple boxes with different tracking IDs. If an item is missing, check all tracking updates; then contact us with your order ID for assistance.
10. P.O. Boxes & Restricted Locations
Delivery to PO Boxes, army post offices, or restricted zones may not be supported by our couriers. We will contact you if alternative arrangements are needed.
11. International Shipping
International shipping is currently limited/available on request. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility. Transit times are highly variable due to customs clearance.
12. Change of Address After Ordering
Address changes are possible before dispatch. After dispatch, requests depend on the courier’s policy and may not be guaranteed or may incur a fee.
13. Delays & Force Majeure
Events beyond our control (weather, strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters, festivals) may cause delays. We’ll keep you informed where possible.
